Johns Hopkins Dominates McDaniel 8-0
Johns Hopkins University Athletics reported a decisive 8-0 win over McDaniel, led by Megan Chang's hat trick and Jenna Halpin's three assists.
In the first quarter, Chang scored her first goal with 6:50 remaining, redirecting a pass from Grace Waldeck. Shortly after, Eliza Vander tipped in a pass from Grace Nockolds, and Nockolds later scored off a rebound in the second quarter.
The Blue Jays surged in the third and fourth quarters, with Chang scoring two goals 24 seconds apart. She first fired a shot from the top of the circle off a Halpin pass and then redirected a pass from Sienna Noh.
Megan Chang notched a hat trick and Jenna Halpin handed out three assists to lead the second-ranked Johns Hopkins to an 8-0 win over McDaniel.
