The westbound lanes of the U.S. 60 Grand Avenue near Surprise reopened on Monday night following a crash.
According to the Arizona Department of Transportation, the crash occurred at the 163rd Avenue intersection around 7:15 p.m. on Oct 13, 2025.
Traffic flow in the eastbound lanes wasn’t impacted, according to ADOT.
