Ottumwa Woman Faces Animal Cruelty Charges
An Ottumwa woman, Suzette Kay Stocker, 77, is facing 43 counts of animal cruelty in a cat hoarding case.
An investigation at 218 E. Woodland Avenue led to a search warrant, revealing a large number of cats inside the residence with unsafe living conditions and a strong odor.
