Holy Cross FC Make History with Double Victory

Holy Cross FC, from St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador, completed a historic sweep, capturing both the Jubilee Trophy (women’s) and the Challenge Trophy (men’s) titles in front of a proud local crowd.

In the Jubilee Trophy Final, Holy Cross FC edged CS Trident du Québec 2:1, with Teri Murphy earning tournament MVP honours for her leadership and decisive play.
Challenge Trophy Final
In the Challenge Trophy Final, Holy Cross FC claimed the men’s national title after a thrilling 1:1 draw, prevailing 5:4 on penalties over Gloucester Celtic. Harry Carter was named MVP following his influential performances throughout the tournament.
Meanwhile, in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, new youth champions were crowned in the U-15 age divisions.
