Airport Intercoms Hacked with Political Rants

Travelers at several airports in the U.S. and Canada were subjected to hacked political messages over the intercom systems instead of boarding calls.

Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy has launched an investigation into the breaches, which included an incident at Harrisburg International Airport in Pennsylvania.

"This is absolutely unacceptable and understandably scared travelers,"

said Duffy. A video posted on social media showed an announcement at the Pennsylvania airport that included the phrase "free Palestine" and derogatory remarks about President Donald Trump and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
