Pitt County Launches Strategic Planning Process
Pitt County has initiated a comprehensive county-wide strategic planning process to set long-term priorities and guide decision-making for the next five years and beyond.
Community members can participate by providing input through the county's online engagement platform, Social Pinpoint.
Strategic planning is a key process that ensures we are effectively using resources, prioritizing services, and preparing for changing community needs.
According to Benji Holloman, Chair of the Board of County Commissioners, this initiative will align county departments, employees, and community partners around shared goals and a common vision for the future.
The goal is to define the county's services, target audience, and effective delivery methods to benefit residents.
