16th Street SW to Reopen to Traffic
The city of Minot has announced that 16th Street SW from Burdick Expressway to 16th Avenue SW will fully reopen to traffic on Tuesday.
The section of the roadway has been closed since the spring for major upgrades and expansions.
- The temporary neighborhood connection between 14th Avenue SW / Cook Drive and 18th Street has been removed permanently.
- Neighborhood residents can once again access their properties directly to and from 16th Street SW.
A temporary traffic signal at 16th Street and 11th Avenue SW will remain in place until a permanent system can be installed next month.
