UAAP Badminton Tournament: Mixed Results for DLSU Green and Lady Shuttlers
The DLSU Green and Lady Shuttlers faced mixed fates in their final elimination round matches against UST's Growling Tigers in the UAAP Men's and Women's Badminton Tournament.
The matches took place on October 18 at the Rizal Memorial Badminton Hall. The Green Shuttlers secured a 4-1 victory, while the Lady Shuttlers suffered their fourth loss of the season, also with a score of 4-1.
Prized rookie Lovic Javier kicked off the match against UST Growling Tiger Juan Sison, controlling the match and baiting Sison to the court's left side to shoot for the opposite.
Despite the mixed results, both squads remain in contention for the semifinals.
