Manchester City have joined Tottenham Hotspur in pursuing River Plate's Lautaro Rivero.
Earlier reports indicated that Spurs and Atlético Madrid were interested in the 21-year-old, with Tottenham sending scouts to watch him live.
According to El Intransigente, Manchester City, Juventus, and RB Leipzig have now also joined the transfer race, with all clubs intending to start negotiations with River Plate in January.
River Plate are reportedly referring to Rivero's €100m release clause.
Rivero spent 18 months on loan at Central Córdoba and returned to his parent club last summer.
