Maro Itoje has hailed a 'special' milestone as he prepares to make his 200th Saracens appearance.
The Sarries and England captain will become the 17th player to reach 200 games for the North London club, where he debuted at just 19 years old.
Playing 200 matches for this great club means a lot to me and my family. This milestone isn't lost on me and I have so many people to thank who have all played a big part in this journey.
Itoje is fresh from leading the British & Irish Lions to a series win against Australia in the summer.
Saturday's match against Sale Sharks at the StoneX Stadium will be a special day for Itoje, who hopes to mark it with a strong performance.
