Utah Charity Combats Food Waste
In Utah, a nonprofit organization called "Waste Less Solutions" is making a difference by rescuing unused edible food to feed those in need.
The charity, which also educates the public on waste reduction, prepares meals from rescued food. According to charity director Alexx Goeller,
rescued food is "food that is perfectly good and edible."
