Edmonton Oilers Alumni Hit the Ice for Celebrity Game in Yellowknife
Members of the Edmonton Oilers Alumni visited Yellowknife to support the First Shift initiative, operated by Hockey NWT.
During their visit, Georges Laraque, Charlie Huddy, Andrew Ference, and Ben Scrivens participated in a celebrity game at the Multiplex, teaming up with Yellowknife's recreational players for a fun and fundraising event.
- Admission to the game was free
- A 50-50 draw was held, with proceeds going towards Hockey NWT's programming
- A food drive was organized for the Salvation Army
