A sizeable aggregation of northern Wheatbelt properties has gone under contract, with the properties due to settle in early 2026.
According to Nutrien Harcourts WA rural and horticultural real estate specialist, Yves Beagley, Pine Crest Farms and Harbrook farm were sold to different buyers.
"The buyers are new to this part of the northern Wheatbelt and it is good to see some fresh faces in the Binnu region,"
Mr Beagley said the three farms, neighbouring properties at west Binnu, were sold to buyers from outside the district for undisclosed sums.
The properties were purchased by family farmers, marking a new development in the region.
