Motorcyclist Dies in Wahiawa Crash
A man died early Sunday morning after crashing his speeding motorcycle on Kamehameha Highway in Wahiawa, according to authorities.
The crash occurred at about 3 a.m. when the man, traveling north at a high rate of speed, attempted to overtake a vehicle and lost control, striking a concrete curb north of Kilani Avenue.
- The motorcyclist was ejected onto the road and pronounced dead at the scene.
- He was estimated to be in his 40s by Honolulu Emergency Medical Services officials.
